Description
Bodies are cut when the order is placed and may take up to 4 weeks to fulfill!
This is a great quality, easy to build, electric bass kit. The body is made in our shop in Portland, OR. and the neck is sourced from a high quality Japanese importer. These kits go together easily, all the parts work together well, and the instrument can be assembled without a lot of experience with woodworking or instrument building.
Choose between sanded and unsanded!
*Unsanded bodies still have machine marks from the CNC process and require sanding before finish can be applied*
If you choose, every hole is drilled for each component, including neck, bridge, pickups, pickguard and strap button mounting holes. We have done most of the hard work for you! The body is well sanded out of the box, but will need light sanding before finishing; no filling should be required.
The bass kit comes with chrome tuners, bridge, pickups, and all necessary screws and hardware. This is not a kit of questionable quality where the parts simply don’t work together (like many of the other kits that you will find on Ebay, Etsy and Amazon).

Gotoh GB640 Bass Tuners
Bass guitars have weighty machine heads and by their very nature have always suffered from “neck-dive”. With the advent of 5 and 6 string basses, this tendency became still more acute, making long sessions uncomfortable for the musician.
The RES-O-LITE series was developed to solve this problem. By chiefly using the special alloy “duralumin”, excellent weight savings are achieved. By use of the Rock-Solid mechanism the GB350 transmits string movement more powerfully, whilst retaining tuning and giving a smooth winding experience.
